Service Scope

Popovpn provides international routes, subscription management, and access to client downloads for users to connect across borders within the bounds of applicable law. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux; clients and subscription access are provided through the user panel.

The subscription service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, or licenses for third-party websites, apps, or content platforms. Third parties set their own regional requirements, content permissions, and terms of use; a successful connection does not guarantee access to any particular service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not publish them, share them with others, or store them where they are publicly accessible. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unusually, change your password promptly and report the issue through a ticket in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but that does not authorize you to distribute the service to others. Accounts and subscriptions are for the account holder only. Reselling, renting, publicly sharing, or otherwise providing them to unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing a plan, check the Plans page and your order for billing methods and traffic allowances; traffic rules for different billing methods cannot be combined.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions involved in your use of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis for the content you access, transmit, or process. Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe on another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

You may not use the service for fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized access, cyberattacks, spam, or similar activities. Do not use automated requests or other methods to disrupt normal service operation, affect other users' connections, or try to obtain another account's credentials or subscription information.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier links, device configuration, the destination service, and network congestion. Popovpn does not guarantee any particular speed, uninterrupted connectivity, or continuous availability of third-party services. Route maintenance, client updates, and changes to external networks may temporarily make some connections unavailable.

If an issue occurs, check your client configuration and submit a ticket describing what happened. Problems caused by external network failures, changes to third-party rules, or your own configuration should be handled according to their actual cause. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Popovpn is not liable for indirect losses resulting from factors outside its control; this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination

If an account is found to be used for illegal activity, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other violations of these terms, Popovpn may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account based on the risk. To protect users and keep the service running, Popovpn may take immediate restrictive action in urgent situations and provide an explanation afterward.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit your order information and an explanation through a ticket in the user panel to request a review. Do not include your password or full subscription link in your explanation. Account actions and refund requests are handled under their respective rules; this section does not replace the refund policy.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

Popovpn may update these terms when service features, legal requirements, or operational arrangements change, and will update the month of the last revision on this page. Changes that affect users' important rights will be explained in a site announcement or the user panel, including which arrangements apply. Review updates before continuing to use the service, and submit a ticket if you have questions.
