Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund eligibility, request process, and payment return procedure for Popovpn subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through tickets in the user panel. Order verification and handling records are kept in the ticket so applicants can check their progress.
Request Window and Refund Scope
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 30 days of your first payment. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service, and troubleshooting your connection first is not a condition for submitting a request. The request window is based on the successful payment record for your first order. Submit your request through a ticket within that window.
A full refund covers the actual payment verified as eligible under this commitment; it is not prorated by unused days or remaining data. For renewals, duplicate payments, or plan upgrades, list each relevant order separately in the ticket. The first-payment refund commitment does not mean that every later payment receives a new request window.
Eligible Cases and Verification Limits
Refund requests for a first payment submitted within the request window are treated equally, regardless of connection experience, device compatibility, or changes in your needs. Refund requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages are verified against their respective orders. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire; this is a separate rule from the refund request window.
Requests made after the window are outside the scope of the no-questions-asked full refund commitment described above. Orders that have not been successfully paid, have already been refunded, or cannot be verified as belonging to the applicant cannot be processed again as pending refunds. If payment status is unclear, first check the payment channel and order records.
Data already used does not automatically cancel eligibility for a refund requested within the window. This policy does not impose an unpublished usage-based deduction threshold. Disputes involving excess usage, accounts in violation of the rules, or unusual transactions require separate verification of usage, the basis for account action, and the actual payment. An unusual-activity flag alone is not grounds to deny a refund of the entire amount. The ticket will explain the verification results and their basis.
How to Request a Refund and What to Provide
Log in to the user panel and open the ticket page. State that you are requesting a refund and provide the relevant order number, payment method, and payment record. If multiple orders are involved, specify which payment you are asking us to process to avoid mixing a renewal or upgrade with your first payment.
Payment screenshots only need to show the information required to verify the transaction; you may obscure other personal details. Do not submit your account password, payment password, private key, or seed phrase. Popovpn requires no email address to activate, and refund discussions should stay in the ticket; there is no need to provide an email address separately for a request.
After submitting your request, check the response in the original ticket and provide any additional information needed to verify order ownership. Once the information is complete, the ticket will explain the refund scope and next steps. You may also describe any connection issues, but this is not required to request a no-questions-asked refund.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel and are not sent to unrelated accounts. Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are refunded through the original transaction when supported by the channel. If the original channel cannot return the funds directly, the reason will first be explained in the ticket. Payment ownership will then be verified and a feasible option confirmed; refunds are not automatically converted to service balance.
USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay. A payment's sending address alone does not prove that it can receive a refund. For USDT refunds, confirm the receiving address, network, and platform requirements in the ticket. Funds will not be sent to another network or an unverified address without confirmation. Refer to the confirmation recorded in the ticket for the specific handling details.
Refund Status and Progress
Submitting a request, verifying an order, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment-channel processing, the receiving platform, or network confirmations. This policy does not promise a standard arrival time. Check progress using the ticket status and records from the original payment channel.
If the ticket shows that a refund was sent but the funds have not arrived, reply in the original ticket and include the relevant transaction status. This helps verify the refund receipt and receiving records; there is no need to submit the same request again. Once a refund is complete, the associated service benefits end. Keep any necessary order records before submitting your request.
See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for account rules and information handling. If you disagree with the refund scope or outcome, request a review in the original ticket and specify the order or records that need to be checked.
