Account Dashboard Ticket
Best for questions about your account, order, or connection. Sign in and describe the issue; follow-up screenshots, troubleshooting results, and replies stay in the same ticket.
Check your ticket for replies after submitting it. Resolution time depends on the issue, the information provided, and the current queue. No fixed response time is guaranteed.
No support email address has been published. For written details, attachments, or payment checks, use the ticket system instead. Do not send account or order information to guessed email addresses.
This channel does not currently accept support requests, and no response time is available. Follow progress through replies in your ticket.

Telegram
No Telegram contact account or group has been published. Use a support ticket for connection and subscription questions, and avoid sending account details to unfamiliar accounts with similar names.
This channel does not currently offer support or a response-time commitment. Follow up through the account dashboard on this site.
What to Prepare
Use a clear ticket title, such as “Unable to connect after importing subscription on Windows” or “Plan status not updated after payment.” In the message, describe what you expected, what happened, and what you have already tried to reduce follow-up questions.
Connection & Subscription Issues
Include your platform, client name, selected region, approximate time the issue occurred, and any error message shown by the client. Say whether all access is affected or only a specific website or app. If you switched routes or networks, include what happened. Route names and available options are shown in the client.
Download clients and subscription details from the account dashboard. Before attaching screenshots, hide subscription links, access tokens, and other personal information. Do not paste your full subscription details into a ticket.
Payment & Plan Questions
Include the plan you selected, payment method, order status, and any message you saw. Popovpn supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For payment checks, you may attach relevant order records, but hide payment account details that are not needed. Never share account passwords, payment passwords, or recovery credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. If you have questions about a change in traffic, describe what you did before and after the change and add the details to the same ticket.
Refund Requests
Popovpn offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Submit your request through a support ticket and include the relevant order details. See the refund policy for full terms. Processing a refund request and receiving the funds are separate steps. Check ticket replies for updates; this page does not specify when funds will arrive.
Updates & Follow-Up
Whenever possible, keep all messages about the same issue in one ticket so the full context is easy to review.
Where can I find replies to my ticket?
Sign in to your account dashboard and open your ticket to view replies. If you need to add a screenshot or troubleshooting results, reply to the existing ticket. A submission confirmation does not mean the issue has been resolved; follow the instructions in subsequent ticket replies.
I haven’t received a reply yet. Should I submit another ticket?
First check whether the original ticket was submitted successfully and whether you need to provide more information. If there is no new issue, there is no need to open another ticket; add any updates to the existing one. No fixed response time or resolution in the first reply is guaranteed.
What should I read before submitting a ticket?
For installation and importing a subscription, see the Quick Start Guide. For route details, see the route list. For billing, see the plans page. These guides do not replace a ticket review of a specific order or account.
